new business structure.
A letter was sent out to all customers in June to advise them of changes to South East Qld Community Telco's business structure, and to let you know that these changes will not affect your services and that we will continue to focus on local customers and local community projects.

South East Qld Community Telco is a locally-owned franchise of the Bendigo and Adelaide Bank Limited. Like Bendigo Bank's Community Bank® model, South East Qld Community Telco's aim is to enhance the prosperity of communities. Where a Community Bank® uses banking services to capture revenue that would otherwise leave the region, South East Qld Community Telco uses telecommunications services. Profits are shared with our partners and invested back into local communities.
